Meet Jennifer

Welcome! I’m Jennifer Quinn, a psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate and heal from trauma, soften the impact of suffering, and reduce distress. My approach is deeply rooted in empathy, informed by both my professional training and my own lived experiences. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, working collaboratively to explore their unique paths to healing and growth.

As a relational therapist, I see every individual as a whole person—not as a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. To me, therapy is about uncovering and building on your innate strengths and assets, rather than focusing solely on pain or pathology. I firmly believe that within each of us lies the ability to move forward and experience joy, even in the face of immense challenges.

Sometimes we arrive at therapy feeling completely overwhelmed—emotionally, mentally, and even physically. When our nervous system is dysregulated, it can feel impossible to think clearly or find relief. I am trained, and I have my own lived experiences, that allow me to support clients in regulating their emotions and bodies, helping them find a sense of calm and safety within themselves.

My practice is warm, compassionate, and often infused with humor when appropriate. Laughter, I’ve found, can be a powerful way to connect, lighten the load, and remind us of our humanity. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported on your journey to relief and renewal.
